VOLUNTEER WITH KANSAS DECA

Kansas DECA is looking for community-focused individuals to serve as judges for the Kansas DECA State Career Development Competition on March 1–2, 2026.  We are looking for judges who share Kansas DECA’s mission to support students’ growth by fostering ethical leadership, service, and professional development. Through constructive feedback and encouragement, judges help students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and apply values of integrity and community engagement to real-world business challenges.  Judging typically requires a 4–6 hour time commitment, depending on the event(s) assigned.  If possible, Kansas DECA representatives would welcome the opportunity to speak at a Rotary meeting to share how volunteering as a judge positively impacts Kansas students and helps develop future business leaders from across our state.
