Mariah Rutler serves as the Eastern Region Vice President for Kansas DECA and is a rising senior at Blue Valley High School. With three years of active participation in DECA, Mariah has gained significant experience and expertise. She competes in the Quick Serve Restaurant Management role-play and last year took her Sales Project to ICDC. As DECA Chapter President, she has demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to the organization.

 

In addition to her DECA involvement, Mariah is a tennis player and a Business Professionals of America (BPA) member. At school, Mariah works as the School Store Coffee line manager. Beyond school and DECA, she gains practical experience working at a law firm, where she develops a deeper understanding of the legal field and refines her professional skills. 

 

Through a combination of leadership roles, extracurricular activities, and work experience, Mariah is well-prepared to host the Eastern Region Competition and help Kansas DECA Be The One!
