Meet Caroline! 

Caroline Massman is the current Reporter for Kansas DECA and is in their fourth year with the organization. Over the past years, Caroline has held several key roles at her school, Blue Valley North, including Chapter President for two years, Chapter Treasurer, and Sophomore Executive. Her DECA journey began with competing in Principles of Finance as a freshman, where she was an ICDC Finalist. Building on this success, Caroline was also an ICDC Finalist in the Business Finance Series event during her sophomore year and most recently competed in Financial Consulting at ICDC 2024.

Outside of DECA, Caroline is actively involved in Model UN, Girl Scouts, tennis, and choir. DECA has profoundly influenced her future aspirations, leading her toward a business academic pathway to study global business in college.
