Welcome to the 2022 Kansas State Career Development Conference!

Although our state conference experience will look different this year, the Kansas DECA staff and state officer team has worked diligently throughout this past year to organize a virtual competition experience that will help you Maximize Your Momentum.

All competitive events are still being offered and top-performing teams will receive awards and be eligible to attend the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta in April.

Check out Quest.  This is an interactive app for Kansas DECA members to use to engage and network with other Kansas DECA members.  Participants can use the app and complete the missions as their schedule allows.  Quest is open from Monday morning to Wednesday at noon.

Student Competition Platform

Use the button above to access the student competition platform. This is where students will report for their live presentations.

Students will log in with their Competitor ID and password.
