Career Search Challenge
Sponsored by the Business Education Program at Fort Hays State University.
Overview
The Career Search Challenge is designed to help Kansas DECA members sharpen their job application skills. Students will find a position that they are qualified for at a company of their choice and submit a cover letter and resume. Also required is a one-page description of the company and the position being applied for. Amazon Gift Cards will be awarded to the top three placing students.

Business Case Study

Overview
The DECA High School Challenge provides an opportunity for students to develop business-related knowledge and skills through the preparation and presentation of a current case study of a business impacted by current economic conditions. Scholarships and other prizes will be awarded to top-placing teams.
